Professional Resource Group has Contract Closers available throughout the United States.  Most Contract Closers are selected from a pool of talent with prior industry experience, not "just a Notary".  We also have Closers with ESign training and experience.  We carry over $1MM E & O coverage on all Closers, so it will satisfy any US Lenders requirements.

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO GIVE?

Of course, we would appreciate as much notice as possible.  However, in most cases, we are able to contact and provide a Contract Closer within a two-hour period.  Our best Contract Closers get booked quickly, so advance notice will ensure you have the best Signor available for your closing needs.

WHAT IS THE COST?

The cost for Contract Closers varies based on the individual location.  Closers are paid on a per file or per day basis.  In general, the per file charge would range from $125 - $195.  This would depend on the location of the closing and whether the Closer would be required to download, print and copy the closing package.  The per day rate for Contract Closers on-site is $425 - $500.
